Founder-cum-CEO
Kisan Chahande has over two decades experience in the development and Disability sector. Being a ‘Thought Leader’ he has contributed in many developmental policies and programmes at different level. He is a believer in inclusive society and collaborative action. Mr. Chahande is working as a Secretary-cum-CEO of ‘EKTA’. He has successfully demonstrated his leadership in implementing many flagship programmes of the Organisation. He is involved in ‘EKTA’ since 27 years.
He is also an Author of three books named DirghaayukaRahasya,PrakrutiBhojanPranaliaurmanavjeevan, Satya Dharma Saar. Besides, He also works as a Public Speaker and Trainer where he conducts workshops for public speaking and Leadership skills, Mind Power and Body Power, Enjoy your Study for students.
Mr. Ramrao Gadekar
President
RamraoGadekar is the President of Ekta Foundation. His Dedication, Passion and hard work for the welfare of people with disabilities helped him join the Board of Trustees at EKTA. He is a committed individual who believes that the true potential of a disabled person is not limited by his disability. He started at EKTA with the idea to promote the organization’s programmes in Nagpur District and support persons with disabilities from these regions.
Mrs. AlkaChahande
Vice President
Alka Chahande is the Vice President of Ekta Bahuuddeshiya Education Society, who joined hands with Kisan Chahande and Ramrao Gadekar to support them with the administration of EKTA. An Art Educator by profession, Alka has been instrumental in inspiring students with disabilities to excel in their chosen fields of academics. She is working as a Art Educator since 18 years who believes that education is the most important tool for an individual in making successful careers.
AlkaChahande provides practical support to the team in managing the operations and administering the organization.
Mr. Rameshbabu Kochar
Advisor Trustee
RameshbabuKochar is the Advisor Trustee at Ekta Foundation. He had begin journey along with KisanChahande, Founder Chairman of EKTA and played a pivotal role in building EKTA. Mr. Kochar has been a pillar of strength to the organization and its people. His contribution was of high significance in conceptualizing EKTA.
