Ekta Bahuuddeshiya Education Society was established in 1996 with a vision to serve children & adults with special needs through quality education & support services. At that time, North Nagpur had no special schools with children with disabilities. Many families struggled to find proper education & care for their deaf and intellectual disabled children. Recognizing this urgent need, Our founder, Mr. Kisan Chahande took the initiative to create an institution dedicated to special children.
With strong determination and a commitment to social service, he laid the foundation of the Ekta Bahuuddeshiya Education Society to ensure the children with disabilities receive the opportunities they deserve. What started with a small efforts to support a few children gradually grew into a dedicated organization working for the development & empowerment of individual with special needs. Over the years, the organization expanded its work & established three specialized institution to address the different needs of childrens & adults with disabilities. 1. Shri Kisan Mukbadhir Niwasi Vidyalaya, 2. Jeevanraksha Matimand Niwasi Vidyalaya, 3. Alka Chahande Divyang Kaushalya va Uddyojakta Vikas Kendra
Through this institution the organization provides special education, therapy, skill development & vocational training to help individuals become more independent & confident in their lives. Today EBES continues its journey with the same mission to create an inclusive environment where individuals with disabilities
